Welcome to the official nomination process for the Car Enthusiast Hall of Fame 2024 hosted by Mr Car Show. This prestigious event celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to the car enthusiast community and have left a lasting impact on the automotive industry.

Nomination Period: Nomination submissions will be accepted from now.

Nomination Guidelines: To be eligible for nomination, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum Years of Participation: A minimum of 20 years of active involvement in the car enthusiast community is required for nomination.
  2. Good Standing: Nominees should be in good standing within the car enthusiast community, exhibiting exemplary conduct and dedication.
  3. Club Affiliation: While not mandatory, nominees may be affiliated with car clubs or organizations related to the automotive industry.
  4. Nomination Committee: Nominations are reviewed and evaluated by the Car Enthusiast Hall of Fame Committee to ensure fairness and integrity in the selection process.
  5. Honor Categories: Nominees can be considered for one or more honor categories, including:
    • Pioneer of the Year
    • Innovator of the Year
    • Community Leader
    • Lifetime Achievement
    • Memorial

Nomination Process: Please complete the nomination form below with accurate and detailed information about the nominee and their contributions to the car enthusiast community. Additionally, upload any supporting documents highlighting the nominee’s achievements and impact.

Ticket Sales Policy: All ticket sales are final. Since tickets are unique items and not replaceable, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, tickets will be honored for the new date.

Refund Policy: Entry fees for the event are nonrefundable. However, if the event is postponed or rescheduled and your original tickets are valid for the new date, your order will not qualify for a refund. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Entry Approval: All entries are subject to approval by the Mr Car Show staff and must pass final inspections upon arrival at the event. Pre-registration is required, and entry fees must be paid prior to the deadline date.

Liability Waiver: By participating in the event, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mr Car Show, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising out of or in connection with your participation. You also accept responsibility for any risks associated with the event and release Mr Car Show from any liability.

Judging: All entries will be judged according to the official rules of the event. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Photography/Video Release: Mr Car Show reserves the right to photograph, videotape, or film the event and use the images for future promotional purposes. By participating in the event, you grant Mr Car Show the right to use your likeness and vehicle’s image without compensation.

Safety Regulations: All participants must adhere to fire regulations and event rules to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the event.
